Our refurbishment specification consists of;

• Remove existing staff bead

• Remove lower sash

• Remove parting bead

• Remove upper sash

• Balance windows

• Re-cord windows with nylon sash cords

• Hang top sash

• Fit new parting bead, fitted with brush pile draught proofing system

• Cut an 8mm rebate out of the meeting rail of the lower sash and fit the brush pile draught proofing system

• Hang lower sash

• Fit new staff bead, fitted with brush pile draught proofing system

• Seal all new beading with sealant 

Where repair is not possible, we also offer a  sash window replacement service.

We supply new Sash Windows in Sapele Hardwood, fully glazed, primed and painted.

Various glazing options are available including Acoustic Glass to reduce noise, opaque or frosted options for privacy.

Double Glazed Wooden Sash Windows can also be provided and installed.
